Pocket TrendWorX™ is based on the latest OPC HDA specification and plug and plays to any OPC® HDA historical data server. Pocket TrendWorX™ offers an open solution to applications requiring scalable and distributed real-time historical replay and light weight Windows CE clients. Based on Microsoft COM / DCOM, Pocket TrendWorX™ connects via wireless networks to the Internet and Intranet based applications. Microsoft's ADO/OLEDB technology is at the core of Pocket TrendWorX™. OPC® HDA provides the standard COM interface for replay of real-time and historical data. Pocket TrendWorX™ integrates with Microsoft Access and Microsoft® SQL 7.0, using ADO and other popular OLEDB database technologies. Unique Ideal Trend capability provides simultaneous viewing of real-time and historical data. Several trend display types are supported, such as time based, X vs Y, Logarithmic Bar type and the popular Strip Chart Recorder.
